Live Hash Rosin

We aim to keep our Live Hash Rosin as close to actual flower as possible. Because it’s concentrated, potency levels are higher, but every nuance of the original plant remains. Without using a chemical solvent, we’re able to extract a strain’s full spectrum of terpenes, flavors, and effects for the ultimate euphoric high.  

Aeroponically-grown buds are cut immediately after harvest and placed in a freezer. “Flash-freezing” is the crucial step that ensures terpenes and cannabinoids are preserved for eventual extraction and also what constitutes its “live” nomenclature. Cut buds are then poured into an ice bath and gently stirred by hand.

This agitation process creates “bubble hash,” which is essentially isolated trichomes in cold water with the water functioning as the solvent.

The slurry mixture is then carefully poured into a mesh filtering bag to collect trichomes. It cannot be stressed enough that temperature is key – if it becomes too warm, the extraction will melt and clog the filtering bag. After multiple rounds of filtering, it’s put into a freeze dryer for about 24 hours, creating a fine powder.

From there, it can be manipulated with heat and pressure in a variety of ways to create different consistencies for consumption. Currently, we offer Live Hash Rosin vape cartridges, as well as a badder that can be dabbed or added to joints, bongs, and bowls.
