Made with our award-winning FSHO, our new Full Spectrum Truffles are a treat in every sense of the word. Find out how they level up two of life’s greatest pleasures: chocolate and cannabis.

It’s universally cherished, shared in moments big and small, and can change moods in mere minutes. Cannabis, of course. But also… chocolate. Imagine the magic when you merge the two.

Our new Full Spectrum Truffles do just that. And they’re now available throughout Illinois.

Combining weed and chocolate isn’t necessarily revolutionary; however, crafting them at this high a caliber very much is. While there’s no shortage of cannabis edibles out there, practically none of them are a) full spectrum, and b) this delicious. If life really is like a box of chocolates, with Aeriz, you know exactly what you’re going to get: high-quality all around.

Full Spectrum Truffles are made with our renowned Full Spectrum Hash Oil (FSHO). When something is categorized as “full spectrum,” that means you’re getting more of the original plant. All the beautiful cannabinoids, terpenes, and other natural compounds that comprise a particular cannabis strain are exactly that – particular. Our intricate process for crafting FSHO allows us to retain those nuances, allowing you to reap the expansive benefits of deepened entourage effects. Head here to learn more about that process and the expertise it takes to consistently deliver liquid extract gold.

Now, what a waste it would be to put our prized extract into chocolate gems that barely glimmer. The first thing you’ll notice when you pop open a tin of Truffles is the glossy shine. That’s because we use real dark and milk chocolate, alongside equally gourmet fillings of mint, peanut butter, and sea salt. Turns out, there is a legit system for classifying chocolate. Composite chocolate (or “compound chocolate”) is the waxy fake stuff made of cocoa powder and palm oil. Our Truffles contain cocoa butter and are carefully tempered to attain exquisite creaminess. We named them Truffles for a reason.

Full Spectrum Hash Oil and decadent chocolate – the ultimate “guilty pleasure,” right? Well, feel even better knowing this: we do not use palm oil in our recipe. Hopefully, you’re aware that Aeriz is vetted by Pachama, an environmental organization working to restore the global carbon balance. We compensate for our carbon emissions by supporting one of Pachama’s largest projects in the Indonesian Borneo Peatlands. That very land is currently protected from deforestation, which would release literal tons of carbon into the atmosphere. One such industry eyeing it for exploitive gains? Palm oil production. Principles matter, and we’re sticking to ours.

With most of the details squared away, you may be thinking, “Okay cool, but what do they actually taste like?” As a member of the creative team at Aeriz, I got to experience our Full Spectrum Truffles at a recent photoshoot. I say experience because it was one – a pretty mesmerizing one at that.

As my more visually inclined colleagues captured the essence of each flavor in photographic form, I ruminated on words to do the same, inspired by them swapping vibey backdrop loops, playing with camera filters, and placing our delicate Truffles between jagged gypsum rocks. Business as usual around here, greatly heightened by the Dark Chocolate Mint Truffles we all enjoyed that afternoon.

Everyone has a different “favorite mint” and that preference falls somewhere on the minty scale between candy cane peppermint and soft wintergreen. When you bite into our Dark Chocolate Mint Full Spectrum Truffles, a pillow-soft milk chocolate ganache with a shimmer of mint is revealed. Think less Peppermint Pattie and more silky crème de menthe. Had each Truffle not had 10 milligrams of THC each, I would have gladly eaten a handful.

While we savored the Mint Truffles on set, my higher-toleranced coworkers have tried them all – not all at once, though I wouldn’t put it past them (said with awe). They are wizards of weed and, therefore, my greatest resource for inspiring flavor cues.

Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Full Spectrum Truffles taste exactly as they sound – creamy peanut butter coated in smooth milk chocolate. It’s a classic combination that stirs a deep sense of comfort and nostalgia. Time will tell, but the consensus in the studio was that this Truffle flavor would resonate with you all best.

I’d be remiss if I failed to mention the upcoming holiday season and that our Full Spectrum Truffles would make the perfect gift for any enthusiast in your life. While we’ve established they’re all deliciously effective, there’s something very “adult” about sea salt, and we all aim to put our best gift forward.

Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Full Spectrum Truffles are gloriously refined. Salty, but not grimace-inducing. Simply the right amount of salt flecks dispersed in a dark chocolate ganache. Slap a bow on the tin and check another off your list.

Lastly, as I questioned my art companions about every aspect of each Truffle, a key point was established: slow and steady is still the golden rule of edibles, perhaps even more so when it’s a cannabis and chocolate situation (as opposed to gummy varieties). We all agreed that the effects hit a bit harder. A brief search of chocolate will tell you that it can, like cannabis, elevate your mood by releasing endorphins and other feel-good substances in your brain. As mentioned, each Truffle contains 10 milligrams of THC. So, keep that mingling of chocolate and cannabis in mind and do what you will according to your unique endocannabinoid system.

Real chocolate. Purer cannabis. Total bliss. All three Full Spectrum Truffles are now available at dispensaries throughout Illinois. Which will you experience first? Those of us who basked in the vibes have our musings about the future top contender, and we’re eagerly awaiting whether you prove us right or wrong. All in all, we’re excited for you to bite into whichever piques your palate first and then watch this video in 20 minutes or so. Like I said, mesmerizing.
